How to Order

Once you have decided on the items, simply fill up the Order Form and wait for the invoice to be sent to you before proceeding to make your payment.

In the event that you fail to receive an invoice from us, do remember to check your spam folders for our email. underCOVER does not hold any responsibility for any loss of emails due to email domain and/or server errors.

You will be informed via email if your item is currently on PENDING status, keeping you update with the latest progress. Should any deal unexpectedly falls through, or if Backorders are made available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Payment Details

An invoice indicating your orders and final payment amount will be sent to your respective email accounts. Payment is required to be made within 24 hours from the issue of invoices. We’re sorry to inform that customers who fail to comply will be listed as a dead buyer, and will not be given priority for their next purchase!

Types of payment accepted:
- POSB and/or DBS iBanking
- ATM transfers
- Interbank transfers

Payment made via i-Banking is highly recommended by us. Due to the recent number of fraud cases, please kindly attached a clear snap shot of your transaction receipt, as a proof of transfer to our account for all ATM transfers. All scanned receipts will not be accepted.

underCOVER charges the standard rate of SGD$0.50 for handling fees.

Prices indicated on our website are exclusive of postage fees. Note that postage fees are dependent on weight and hence varies, but please take reference as below for our usual rates:

For normal postage, please add SGD$1.50 to prices indicated.
For registered postage, please add SGD$3.74 to prices indicated.

Meet-ups are also available. All meet-ups timing and venue will be decided and advised by underCover with no exceptions. underCover reserves the right to reschedule the meet-ups should we run into any unforeseen circumstances. Customer who are unable to comply, please do opt for postage option.

Terms & Conditions

underCOVER will not be held responsible for any lost/damaged mails and no refunds are to be made for the latter. Kindly opt for registered postage to reduce risk of lost mails.

All products are brand new, and imported, unless otherwise stated.

Items availability runs on a first pay, first serve basis.

underCOVER reserves all rights to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion, and to amend the Terms & Conditions at any point of time.

All images found on our website are property of underCOVER. Please credits underCOVER should you use our images.

Upon placing your order with underCover indicates that you have understood and agree to our Terms and Conditions as stated above.



Exchange or Refund Policy

Exchanges
Exchanges can only be done within 3 days from the point of sale of items.

underCovers will not be able to do exchange for designs.


Refunds
Refunds will only be done should:

1. Item(s) has defects and that underCOVER has no more instocks left for the particular design to exchange

In the case of defects, please take a snap shot of the defect and email it to us. Customers can then choose from the following once the defect has been verified (Please allow 3 working days for refunds to be processed):

A) underCOVER to deliver a new casing via a meet-up if there are available instocks. Customers will also have to bring along the defected item and return it to underCOVER.

B) Send the defected item back to us via registered postage(postage fees absorbed by underCOVER), and retain the amount spent as credits with us for your next purchase.
